Maybe you still haven’t noticed that the first serious Itunes competitor is out there in the wild. It’s called songbird, it’s based on Firefox XULRunner engine and you can even download a preview version (free spoiler: IT SUCKS as of now AND IT’S BUGGY AS HELL).

I was disappointed when I first downloaded this, and I really think that such bad previews shouldn’t be shown around like this…

Anyway, the audio quality is better than iTunes to my ears, I hope this gets better when approaching completion.
