My biggest admiration goes to Ron Thal…I’ve been listening a lot of his music and I must say that he’s really impressing.

Lots of weird guitar stuff, musical genius, humor and Zappa references…How could I resist?

Lot of his personality (and this guy has a lot of it…) comes from his fretless guitars and magical guitar style.

Just listen to “I can’t play the blues”, “R2″, “Guitar Sucks” and you’ll get a good idea of what I’m talking about.

I’m also really interested in doing some experimentation with fretless guitars, so probably my next one will be a fretless axe (Another Saga kit, I bet…).
