Hey, that’s me.
On the very first day of this year I released my first solo musical work, without much fanfare, and it’s been a month.
It’s called “The Way Of Opening”, barely 8 tracks of musical confusion, all being inside my head, unreleased until now.
I did this as part of my “Being a Rockstar” project (that is, living an extremely musical lifestyle, without the hassle of deciding how to spend the money or alcohol abuse, or the women, for that matter…)
It’s mainly guitar music, where I do everything, with the help of my friend “Personal Computer”, including some guitar wanking, playing balls on bass and generally annoying people with my voice.
What the heck! I went to such lengths to even restyle Simmessa myspace page, and everybody knows how much myspace stinks.
I suggest you go give it a listen, as I’ve set up a special page on this web and god knows how much I hate to waste quality web space these days. On that page there’s also an adapted guestbook you could use to leave me some feedback, so don’t be shy and spit out all of your hatred / appreciation 
there’s no bad fuel for my giant EGO!
Oh, and before i forget, there’s one last thing… I recorded all of this thing with my beloved Saga Guitar Kit, a cheap LP clone. I’m not a sound engineer, nor I have the necessary equipment to properly record an electric guitar, but to be honest I quite like the guitar sound I achieved in such a poor environment, and that makes for a decent sampler of a Saga kit, yet another argument for assembling one yourself.

Che software hai utilizzato per la registrazione? Campionatori?

Ti ringrazio per i complimenti canori, in realtà ho dovuto fare 1000 take perchè ascoltati con attenzione facevano tutti un po’ schifo
w la tecnologia che ci viene incontro!
per la registrazione ho usato il mistico, adorabile, poderoso Sonar dalla 5 alla 7 (è stato un anno e mezzo ricco di versioni
) plugin ne ho usati a bizzeffe, ma i più utili sono stati la suite waves, Cockos Jesusonic, spectrasonics atmosphere, battery 3 con un drumkit gratuito ns_kit7free (un po’ modificato a dire il vero), ewql silver orchestra e un sacco di sonitus fx. Inoltre un po’ di campioni arrivano anche dai grandi di freesound. Chitarra la mia amica Saga fake LP clone dentro il jmp1 in diretta in una scheda edirol fa-101.

Come prime impressioni direi che mi piacciono molto le canzoni cantate, ovvero Boris e Legend, soprattutto quest’ultima. Ma la voce intro di Legend viene da Ys o da qualche altro gioco per il PC Engine?
Delle strumentali preferisco Malace e F-Suck.
